Republishing ARM Ads

You may have seen a recent product release note or your Atlas Rich Media representative mention republishing your Atlas Rich Media ad.

What does that exactly mean? How do you republish an ad?
A republish of an ad is simply a refresh and update to the Atlas Rich Media files related to your ad. It does not alter your creative, URL or any other parameters of the ad. If you are having issues with a particular ad or are experiencing ad behavior that’s different than expected one of the best first steps to take is a republish to make sure all the files are there and they are the most up to date version.

For any further questions please contact your Atlas Rich Media Project Manager or support@atlasrichmedia.com.
